PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surveying an internal damaged part of pavement quantitatively and speedily in a non-destruction manner. SOLUTION: In this non-destruction survey method for the internal damaged part of pavement, a survey by an electromagnetic wave radar (k) is conducted at the predetermined interval over the whole region to be surveyed on a paved road surface R to obtain reflected wave data 50 of each reflected wave detection position 40 including a part reflected due to inside damage or including no part reflected due to inside damage and obtain intensity 55 of reflected wave at the predetermined depth of each reflected wave detection position 40 based on the reflected wave data 50. In the method, the reflected wave detection position 40 where the intensity 55 of reflected wave exceeds the predetermined threshold value for intensity is taken for the internal damaged part which includes the part reflected due to the inside damage and in which reflected wave is detected, and the reflected wave detection position 40 where the intensity of reflected wave is less than the predetermined threshold value for intensity is taken for the internal non-damaged part which does not include the part reflected due to the inside damage and in which reflected wave is detected to quantize a ratio of occupation by the internal damaged part in the region to be surveyed.
