PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight heat welding binder in a simple structure, which enables its continuous application by one hand. SOLUTION: A reference symbol H denotes a heat welding tape, a reference symbol B denotes an item to be bound, and a reference symbol T denotes a binder for binding the item B to be bound, wherein the binder T includes a guiding arm 100 and a binder arm 200, the binder T further includes a holding part 110 for holding a rolled heat welding tape H1, the other end of the guiding arm 100 and the other end of the binder arm 200 are connected by a connecting and engaging part C, one end is provided with a guide 210 for guiding the item to be bound, a heat welding tape H2 fed out of the heat welding tape H1 passes through a tape guiding passage 120 arranged at the guiding arm 100, a heat welding tape H3 is a heat welding tape having the extremity end of the heat welding tape H3 outputted from a tape outlet, a tape heating part 140 is arranged between the outlet and the connecting and engaging part C, a tape cutting part 150 is provided with the guiding part 210 for guiding the item to be bound and a tape clamp 220 for holding a heat welding tape H4, and further the tape heating part 140 is provided with a tape depressing lever 230 depressing against the tape.
