PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for prepack that spreads well and gives an excellent penetrating feeling when applied, exhibits an excellent adhesion feeling during pack, and gives an excellently persistent moisture feeling without a sticking feeling after pack to achieve fresh and soft skin conditions. SOLUTION: The composition for prepack is used before pack and comprises (A) an α-olefin oligomer, (B) a vegetable oil and/or a hydrogenate thereof, (C) a nonionic surfactant, (D) a phospholipid and (E) at least one selected from the group consisting of an acrylic acid-alkyl methacrylate copolymer, agar and xanthan gum.
