The method involves computing momentary probabilities for a collision of an aircraft with landmarks for representing landmarks in each case. The represented landmarks are colored in dependence of the assigned probability of collision. The actual meteorological conditions are considered for the computation of the probability of collision. An independent claim is also included for a device for area representation.
