The system has an anchor plate (2) anchored in a base i.e. soil (1), and a body construction fastened at the anchor plate. The anchor plate is provided with multiple threads (5), by which threaded rods (6) are screwed with a nut runner into the base. A fixing part is provided for prefixing the anchor plate on a floor space (8) before screwing the threaded rods. The fixing part is transversely fitted by the anchor plate, and includes an end section that projects outside over the anchor plate for supporting a weight e.g. heavy block.
