PURPOSE: A fomentation pack and a pillow using the pack are provided, which enables a user to foment the body by heating a pack to a certain temperature according to user's need. CONSTITUTION: A fomentation pack comprises: a pack(110) for directly fomenting an affected part after heating the pack to a certain temperature; and a cover(120) which covers the pack. The fomentation pack is divided into a plurality of domains(113) by a sewing line(111) and is filled with ceramic balls(115). Each domain of the fomentation pack is filled with phyllite, zeolite, Maeksum-seok, tourmaline, germanium, and the like. |
