SILICON SOLAR CELL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A silicon solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce loss generated from the recombination of electron-hole pairs and the light absorption of an emitter layer by forming the emitter layer at the rear side of a silicon substrate. CONSTITUTION: An emitter layer(502) includes a second conductive type semiconductor dopant which is formed at the rear part of a first conductive type silicon substrate. A rear electrode(503) is formed at the lower side of the emitter layer. A front electrode(504) is partially formed at the front part of the first conductive type silicon substrate. An anti reflection film(505) is deposited in a light receiving region of the first conductive type silicon substrate. A first conductive type semiconductor part(506) is formed at the lower side of the front electrode.
