PURPOSE: A separation plate for a fuel cell is provided to increase the junction and coupling strength of a separation plate and a gasket and to improve product productivity by molding a gasket forming one closed curve in one body. CONSTITUTION: A separation plate for a fuel cell with a gasket for sealing maintenance comprises the steps of: forming injection holes at a predetermined position of the separation plate(20); injecting gasket materials with arranging the separation plate with injection holes within a predetermined injection mold; and demolding the separation plate which is connected to the gasket(200) at both surfaces thereof and forms one closed curve.
