摘要 <p>Provided is a thermoelectric power generation device, wherein the maximum output thereof is obtained by controlling a ratio between the numbers of p-type elements and n-type elements therein. The thermoelectric power generation device, which is a pn type, is provided with: p-type elements each obtained by forming a p-type thermoelectric material into a film by the AD method; and n-type elements each obtained by forming an n-type thermoelectric material into a film by the AD method. The thermoelectric power generation device is characterized in that the p-type elements and the n-type elements have the same element shape, and that a ratio between the number np of the p-type elements and the number nn of the n-type elements is selected so that the maximum output can be obtained by achieving impedance matching with an external load connected to the thermoelectric power generation device.</p>
