PURPOSE: A magnetic nanocomposite is provided to obtain protein isolation system which is magnetically recyclable by using a protein binding agent. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic nanocomposite contains: a core having magnetic nanoparticles, silica shell which coats the core, and fourth period transition metal oxide nanoparticle layer which coats the silica shell. A method for binding, isolating, or purifying a specific protein comprises: a step of binding a protein binding agent containing manetic nanocomposites with the specific protein in an organism mixture; and a step of isolating the specific protein from the organism mixture.
