PURPOSE: A metal silicon purifier is provided to prevent the damage due to the chemical solution by purifying by heating not by adding the chemicals. CONSTITUTION: A chamber(10) comprises a heater(11) for heating and a gas exhaust port(12). A crucible(20) accepts the metal silicon flowing into the inner side of the chamber. A crucible supporter(30) supports the crucible. A partial heating part(50) locally heats the top of the metal silicon which is accepted in the crucible within the chamber.
