<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein when a large-screen display is used in a video telephone apparatus, if a display size is too large, there is a risk that motion sickness due to video may occur, and if the display size is too small, presence may be lost. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus is provided that includes an acquisition unit for first video data; a video processing unit for converting the first video data and second video data into an arbitrary display size, respectively; and a processing unit for measuring a distance from the first video data to a subject, wherein according to the distance from the first video data to the subject measured by the processing unit, the video processing unit converts the second video data into the arbitrary display size, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
