<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rescue net which can be used to rescue in a wide range such as a person waiting for rescue on a wall surface or an inclined surface or a person having dropped into water or having been drift in a river, and which is so light in weight to be easy to handle, and which can be used without special knowledge in particular, and which is so strong to sufficiently support the weight of a person. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of wires 1b are knitted in a honeycomb pattern to form a net 1 being a strip-shaped net body.
