<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead-free electrically conductive composition for a solar cell electrode which has excellent electrical properties. <P>SOLUTION: Paste for the solar cell electrode comprises a glass frit where lead-free glass has a content composition comprising 10-29 (mol%) of Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 20-33 (mol%) of B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>,≤20 (mol%) of SiO<SB>2</SB>, 15-30 (mol%) of ZnO, alkaline components (Li<SB>2</SB>O, Na<SB>2</SB>O, K<SB>2</SB>O) in the total amount of 8-21 (mol%), and other components (Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, CaO, BaO, P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>) in the total amount of≤18 (mol%). When an electrode 20 at a light-receiving face side of a solar cell 10 is formed using paste, an electrode that can exhibit excellent electrical properties including≥75(%) of a F.F. value in spite of containing no lead can be generated advantageously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
