摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of charging a battery of an electric vehicle by a power supply device in any time and place, and charging a fee for using the power supply device on a user. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a power supply device 20 containing a power-supply switch 26 for controlling power supply to the battery of the electric vehicle 12 and a measuring device 25 for measuring the usage by the power supply; a cellular phone 11 owned by a user 10 who has concluded a contract with a power supply provider; and a power-supply server 40 which stores user information identifying the user 10 and device information identifying the power supply device 20, and executes transmission and receiving between the power supply device 20 and the cellular phone 11 through a communication network. Identification of the power supply device 20 and authentication of the user are performed when the cellular phone 11 accesses the power-supply server 40, power supply is started according to an instruction from the server 40, the usage measured after the end of supply is transmitted to the server 40, the usage fee for the power supply device is transmitted to the cellular phone 11, and payment of the usage fee is settled to thereby charging the user 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
