摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell base with a conductive electrode, which has performance satisfying any of volume resistivity of the electrode after baking, adhesion between the electrode and a silicon substrate, and an aspect ratio (height/width of electrode section), and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to: the method of manufacturing the solar cell base with the conductive electrode including a coating step of forming a coating film by applying, on the silicon substrate, a conductive composition containing silver powder (A), silver oxide (B), desirably, silver carboxylate (C), and an organic solvent (D), the silver powder (A) being≥50 mass% in silver alone and a silver compound contained in the composition, and a baking step of baking the coating film at 500 to 850°C to form the conductive electrode on the silicon substrate; and the solar cell base with the conductive electrode manufactured by the method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
