<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handwriting collation system, a handwriting collation method and a handwriting collation program for efficiently and accurately authenticating an individual on the basis of handwriting. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 21 of an authentication server 20 acquires handwriting information and calculates a feature quantity of a signature. In addition, the control unit 21 executes the registration processing of the signature information. Furthermore, when determining that the handwriting of an auxiliary character is included, the control unit 21 executes the registration processing of the feature quantity of the auxiliary character. When acquiring a collation request, the control unit 21 calculates the coincidence degree with the feature quantity of an object to be collated. Moreover, the control unit 21 acquires the feature quantity of the registered signature according to a writing situation and compares the coincidence degree of the signature with a collation level. When the coincidence degree of the signature is lower than the collation level, the control unit 21 calculates the fluctuation of the feature quantity.
