PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting construction method of a daylighting heat-insulating material allowing the daylighting heat-insulating material of high heat insulating property to be easily mounted to a glass window, and a simple heat-insulating window obtained by using the mounting construction method of the daylighting heat-insulating material. SOLUTION: The construction method for mounting the daylighting heat-insulating material to the glass window including a glazing channel includes processes for mounting a frame member around the daylighting heat insulating material, inserting a fixture into the glazing channel, and fitting the daylighting heat-insulating material mounted with the frame member, into the fixture inserted into the glazing channel. The daylighting heat-insulating material has such a structure that a plurality of base material films face one another with gas layers with a thickness of 100μm to 3 mm held between.
