PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-manufacturable article protecting tool, and a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: A plurality of locations from the upper end to the lower end of a cover 110 are welded, thereby forming a plurality of welded parts 401 linearly extending in its longitudinal direction. A plurality of cores 120a to 120c are inserted to a plurality of spaces formed between the upper surface and the back surface of the cover 110, respectively. A plurality of locations from the left end to the right end of the cover 110 are welded, thereby forming a plurality of welded parts 701 and 702 linearly extending in its short-side direction. Thus, a welded part 702 for carrying out welding via the welded part 701 for closing the left end and the right end of the cover 110 and a hole 123 formed in each core is formed.
