PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire capable of puncture-sealing without damaging the operation stability of a vehicle and the characteristics of the tire, and capable of reducing the amount of a puncture sealing agent. SOLUTION: In the tire, a capsule 2 including at least elastomer is fixed to at least one of the inner surface of the tire and the inside of the tire, and a capsule fixed layer 10 having the thickness larger than 50% of the outer diameter of the capsule 2 is provided. In the capsule 2 exposed from the surface of the capsule fixed layer 10, the exposed length in the layer thickness direction is preferably less than 50% of the outer diameter of the capsule 2.
