PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a size in a folded state small without deteriorating a function held by a structure body concerning an absorptive article provided with the structure body such as a leak prevention wall. SOLUTION: Gathers 201 are provided with an affixed end 220L joined to a surface sheet 10 at a position substantially corresponding to the edge of an absorption body 30 on either side in the widthwise direction thereof. Center wing sections 21, 22 and gathers 201, 202 are folded along imaginary lines L1 to the front surface sheet side to the inner side of an absorptive article 1 in the widthwise direction thereof, the imaginary lines L1 being formed by extending the affixed ends 220L, 220R in the longitudinal direction of the absorptive article 1.
