The method involves removing a water sample, and determining composition of the water sample by adjusting number of pre-determined standard-fluorescence spectrum of certain substances and/or organisms at a created spectrum using multi-varying analysis. Fluorescence intensity of Phycocyanin measured in a wave length at a certain wavelength of light that excites fluorescence differs from fluorescence intensity of Phycocyanin measured in another wave length at the certain wave length of the light, where the phycocyanin is attached to cyanobacteria (1).
