PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a customer about settlement of a commodity price accompanying commodity purchase.

SOLUTION: This settlement control device 10 in one embodiment includes: a settlement schedule reception part 14 receiving, in a lump, transfer reservation information for reserving account transfer from an account of a purchaser to an account of a seller as information for settling the commodity price when the purchaser purchases a commodity from the seller and information about a transfer money amount in the account transfer; a reservation information registration part 16 registering the transfer reservation information into a transfer execution device 40 of a financial company executing the account transfer; and a settlement instruction part 18 instructing the transfer execution device 40 to transfer the transfer money amount from the account of the purchaser to the account of the seller when having to execute the account transfer.
