PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs by facilitating the box making a process by a box making machine or the sealing process by a sealing machine in resin foam sheet. SOLUTION: A sheet body 2 is provided with folds 4. Each fold 4 includes one or more pairs of first scores 13, 13 formed parallel to each other at a temperature of the melting point of the sheet body 2 or below. At least one second score 15 formed at the temperature of the melting point of the sheet body 2 or below is provided between these first scores 13, 13 so as to be deeper than the first score 13. Since the second score 15 is deeply formed between the one or more pairs of first scores 13, 13 a repulsion force applied when the sheet body 2 is folded along the folds 4 can be released. In addition, the folds 4 can be provided by forming the first and second scores 13 and 15 without heating and melting particular parts of the sheet body 2.
