PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair necessity determination method for a wall member having a drying shrinkage crack inducing part, for determining the necessity of repair for the wall member with a drying shrinkage crack generated in the inducing part. SOLUTION: This repair necessity determination method includes a test body manufacturing process for manufacturing a first concrete test body having the drying shrinkage crack inducing part, and the second concrete test body having no drying shrinkage crack inducing part, and formed into an outside-diametric shape same to that of the first test body, a force applying testing process for energizing the first test body with the crack generated in the drying shrinkage crack inducing part, and a second test body respectively with an external force, a data comparison process for comparing a result data of the first test body in a force applying test, with a result data of the second test body therein, and a repair necessity determining process for determining the necessity of the repair for the crack generated in the wall member having the drying shrinkage crack inducing part of structure same to that of the first test body, based on a comparison result in the data comparison process.
