PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and a television device each of which reduces misalignment between members due to thermal deformation, when a frame of a display part is formed while a plurality of points of the members of different thermal expansion rates are connected together. SOLUTION: A front panel surrounding the display part for displaying an image of the display device such as a television device is constituted by integrally fixing a plastic frame 31 and a metal frame 32. By forming a notch 44 between screw holes 42, which is a fixing point of the plastic frame 31 with the metal frame 32, and thereby, misalignment between the members due to thermal deformation of the plastic frame 31 and the metal frame 32, is reduced by absorbing influence of thermal deformation of the plastic frame 31 due to temperature change, in the display device and the television device.
