PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary fluid machine small in the number of piping and suppressed in vibration. SOLUTION: A middle pressure space (S2) communicating with discharge ports (65, 66) corresponding to cylinder chambers (41, 51) of a lower-stage side compression part (40), respectively, and suction ports (73, 74) corresponding to cylinder chambers (71, 72) of a higher stage side compression part (50), respectively, has a partition part (38) for partitioning the inside of a casing (10).
