PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post structure constructible even under conditions restricted by work. SOLUTION: The post structure with posts 3, 3 erected at spaces and having post lower parts 5 and post upper parts 6 connected to the upper parts of the post lower parts 5, includes a banking part 16 formed of a banking material 15 on the mountain side of the post lower parts 5; horizontal members 21 embedded in the banking part 16; and connecting members 22 connecting the horizontal members 21 to the post lower parts 5. The soil pressure of the banking part 16 is applied to the horizontal members 21, and the post lower parts 5 are connected to the horizontal members 21 by the connecting members 22. The posts 3 can thereby self-support against a load from the mountain side. Divided post lower parts 7, 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D are provided for dividing the post lower part 5 in a plurality of stages, and a plurality of divided post lower parts 7, 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D are connected to the horizontal members 21 by the connecting members 22 to obtain the stable post structure.
