PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical conversion treated electrogalvanized steel sheet having excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance after chemical conversion treatment, and a method of industrially and stably manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: Maximum height roughness (Rz) of an electrogalvanized layer is controlled to 0.6-1.1 μm (where, cutoff value: 0.01 mm) and the area rate of the exposed part of the electrogalvanized layer to the chemical conversion treated coating film is controlled to 0.3-1.0% of the electrogalvanized coating area.
