摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a bearing device for a wheel and a drive shaft capable of suppressing generation of rattling between the bearing device and the drive shaft for a long period. SOLUTION: A driving force transmitting part 24 having a plurality of teeth 25 formed to be radially spread in a direction orthogonal to an axial direction is formed at a connection end face 22c of the axial direction of a cup-shaped outer ring 22. A driving force receiving part 20 having a plurality of teeth 21 to be radially spread in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction is formed at an end face 13a of a cylinder part 13. A sealing member 27 to cover an outer periphery of a fitting part of the driving force receiving part 20 and the driving force transmitting part 24 is arranged on outer peripheries of an end part 6a of an inner shaft 6 and a distal end part 22a of the cup-shaped outer ring 22.
