PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an even-out tool which applies vibration to an object to be evened-out such as a fresh concrete and suppresses vibration propagated to a work axis member for evening-out work, for easy even-out work. SOLUTION: The even-out tool includes an even-out plate 14 for evening-out a fresh concrete 100, a rod-like vibrator 30 which applies vibration to the even-out plate 14 by generating vibration, a work axis 11 held for even-out working, and a branch connection part 12 which connects the even-out plate 14 to the work axis 11. The branch connection part 12 connects the work axis 11 to vibration-proof connection parts 13 at two points separated from each other by a predetermined distance in width direction W of the even-out plate 14. The interval in the width direction W of the vibration-proof connection parts 13 at two points comprises of weak resonance interval Lw which applies vibration across the entire even-out plate 14, with less vibration that is transmitted to the work axis 11.
