PURPOSE: A clamp for a spare tire is provided to improve the structural rigidity of the clamp by forming ribs in the top and bottom sides of a mounting plate and to prevent a clamp bolt from shaking. CONSTITUTION: A clamp for a spare tire comprises a body(10), a clamp bolt(20), and a fixing member. A mounting plate(11) is formed on the outer surface of the body. A longitudinally cut opening(12) is formed in one side of the body. The clamp bolt is inserted into the body through the cut opening. A male thread(21), coupled to the mounting bracket, is formed in one end of the clamp bolt. The fixing member installs the clamp bolt inside the body.
