PURPOSE: An apparatus of manufacturing a color filter is provided to prevent a failure of mixing color filters and misalign while forming a color filter in lower costs and short time. CONSTITUTION: A color filter forming apparatus comprises intaglio patterns(120, 220, 320), ink accommodation grooves(100, 200, 300), and ink inflow paths(110, 210, 310). The intaglio pattern of the color filter is formed in the floor of a mold and includes first, second, and third colors. The ink accommodation grooves is formed on the backside of the mold and accommodates a first color ink, a second color ink, and a third color ink. The ink inflow path connects the intaglio pattern and the ink accommodation grooves.
