PURPOSE: A rotating type fountain driving device is provided to prevent the safety accident by reducing the size of a through-hole on an upper plate even when the rotating angle of the upper portion of the nozzle unit is increased. CONSTITUTION: A rotating type fountain driving device comprises: a base(10) having a first supporter(11); a driving shaft(20) including a first gear(25) and supported at the base; a second gear(30) supported at the base and rotated by being engaged with the first gear; a first link(40) hinge-coupled with a side plane of the second gear through the first hinge unit(37); and a nozzle unit(50) hinge-coupled with the first supporter through a third hinge unit(57).
