<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide power conversion technology with less power loss and high efficiency in a case of interconnection with system power which does not have an ideal sine wave. <P>SOLUTION: The system interconnection system includes a voltage detecting part detecting voltage of a system power line and generating a voltage detection value, a PWM signal generating part generating a PWM signal so that output voltage follows the voltage detection value and a voltage conversion circuit generating the output voltage and supplying it to the system power line by pulse width-modulating power supplied from a power supply based on the PWM signal.
