<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cooling type cooling mechanism which consumes no energy and can efficiently cool solar cells for a photovoltaic power generation device using the solar cells. <P>SOLUTION: The air cooling type cooling mechanism includes a plate-like member 2 and an air riser tube 3 that are supported at an interval with a substrate 1 where a solar cell 4 is fitted. A space sandwiched between the substrate 1 and plate-like member 2 communicates with the inside of the air riser tube 3, a pressure difference by a heat rising flow generated in the air riser tube 3 serves as motive power, and outside air sucked at a peripheral part of the space sandwiched between the substrate 1 and plate-like member 2 flows to cool the solar cell 4 and then flows out of an opening at an upper end of the air riser tube 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
