<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell substrate usable for a solar cell, having excellent electrical and optical characteristics, and having a transparent conductive film for a solar cell substrate excelling in moisture resistance, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This solar cell substrate includes; a transparent substrate; and a transparent conductive film including a zinc oxide (ZnO) thin film formed over the transparent substrate and doped with a dopant, and a surface charge activation layer formed on the zinc oxide (ZnO) thin film by heat treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
