<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate preventing a seeping phenomenon behind a printing plate in filling paste into a through-hole and to enhance productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The printing plate is provided with a picture frame-shaped opening that covers the entire circumference or a part of the nearly outer periphery of a base board, wherein a mask provided with an inclined part above the opening is at least fixed to the four side plate frame, and a thin plate is fixed to the inclined part, with a prescribed quantity projected from the tip end of the inclined part. The printing plate is characterized in that the thin plate is fixed through a thermoplastic resin adhesive.
