PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printing apparatus that can fully remove ink clogging ink holes of a drum. SOLUTION: The stencil printing apparatus 1 includes: a drum 31 formed with a plurality of ink holes 31a and wound with stencil base paper 15; a drum motor 32 for rotationally driving the drum 31; a press roller 34 for pressing the drum 31; an actuator 35 for driving the press roller 34; an ink pump 38 for supplying ink 95 to the drum 31; a first timer 40 for measuring the time LT1 during which the drum 31 is left stand; and a control part 14 into which the time during which the drum is left stand is inputted and which controls the drum motor, the actuator, and the ink pump while storing a threshold Th. If the time during which the drum is left stand is larger than the threshold, the control part 14 executes refresh-operation processing that stops the ink supply and makes the press roller press the drum by driving the press roller while transferring refreshing paper 93 by rotating the drum.
