PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic coating device quickly discharging electrical charge remaining in a coating supply path after electrostatic coating by applying high voltage. SOLUTION: In an electrostatic coating device 1, a conductive coating material is supplied via a coating material supply path 22 to a coating gun 13 to which high voltage is applied. The electrostatic coating device 1 is provided with an isolation valve 32 provided in the coating material supply path 22 and electrically isolating the coating material supply path 22 into the applied side to which the high voltage is applied and the non-applied side; and a high speed grounding device 40 for discharging the residual electrical charge in the coating material supply path 22. The high speed grounding device 40 is provided with a fluid supply path 42 for discharging which conducts to a part of the grounded coating material supply path 22 in the applying side via a joint part 41 and a supply device 43 for supplying a conductive fluid to the fluid supply path 42 for discharging.
