PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-board waterproofing antenna device structured such that waterproofing processing is facilitated and trouble such as an operation defect of a circuit board in the waterproofing processing is not caused. SOLUTION: The on-board waterproofing antenna device 4 attached in a vehicle exterior article includes an antenna element 11 of a metal thin plate, the circuit board 12 to which one end of the antenna element 11 is connected and which amplifies a received signal received by the antenna element 11, a connection cable 13 connected to the circuit board 12, and a protective coating 2 which covers at least the antenna element 11 and circuit board 12, has a deaerating opening 23 for covering the antenna element 11 and circuit board 12 in one body by deaerating, and is formed of a waterproofing bag-shaped film.
