PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater detection device capable of precisely determining whether reception data results from an interference wave. SOLUTION: The underwater detection device includes: a control unit 10 which sequentially samples receiving signals and stores them in a memory 6 as reception data for each depth segment; and an interference processing unit 7 which sequentially applies an interference processing to the reception data of each depth segment by using the reception data stored in the memory 6. The interference processing unit 7 includes: an interference wave decision unit 8 for determining whether the reception data being the object results from the interference wave by using at least respective reception data of five continuous distance segment lines containing an object distance segment; and a display signal generation unit 9 for displaying a reception data as display-use data when determining that the reception data results from a reflection wave from a target, and for creating the display-use data for the reception data by using reception data obtained at the last time and the time before last when determining that the reception data results from the interference wave.
