PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate preventing a seeping phenomenon behind a printing plate in filling paste into a through-hole and to enhance productivity. SOLUTION: The paste filling is performed using the printing plate including: a plate frame with four sides; a mask unit which has an opening and where a mask provided with an inclination part above the opening is fixed to the frame member with four sides, and which has a pressurizing means to a base plate material; guide holes provided in the plate frame; and guide pins which are arranged in the frame member of the mask unit and loosely inserted into the guide holes.
