PURPOSE: A method for culturing sea cucumber is provided, which improves growth rate of sea cucumber and facilitates cleaning of a culture tub. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing sea cucumber comprises: a step of supplying sea cucumber to a culture tub(1) with deep sea water of 8-15deg.C; and a step of raising sea cucumber while supplying fodder to the sea cucumber culture tub. In the lower part of the sea cucumber culture tub, sand is charged, a rake(2) is installed in order to discharge sand. In the upper part of the sea cucumber culture tub, a light-shielding layer(5) is installed. |
