PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board including an aligned nanostructure.

SOLUTION: The circuit board includes: a substrate; a polar molecular layer pattern and a non-polar molecular layer pattern, each disposed on the substrate; a first electrode and a second electrode, each disposed on the substrate; and one or more channels arranged on the polar molecular layer pattern and including a linear nanostructure. The one or more channels promote electrical coupling of the first electrode to the second electrode.
