<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust color rendering properties, and to prevent a sealing resin from being deteriorated due to the influence of heat even when a heat generation amount is increased due to high output. <P>SOLUTION: An LED chip (3) which is mounted on a circuit board (2) and of which the peak wavelength of emission spectra is 350 to 400 nm is sealed with resin, wherein a red phosphor (F<SB>R</SB>) composed of a mixture of gadolinium oxysulfide (Gd<SB>2</SB>O<SB>2</SB>S) and europium (Eu), a green phosphor (F<SB>G</SB>) composed of a mixture of barium magnesium aluminate (BaMg<SB>2</SB>Al<SB>16</SB>O<SB>27</SB>), europium (Eu), and manganese (Mn) and a blue phosphor (F<SB>B</SB>) composed of a mixture of barium magnesium aluminate (BaMg<SB>2</SB>Al<SB>16</SB>O<SB>27</SB>) and europium (Eu) are dispersed into translucent amorphous fluororesin to be used as a sealing resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
