<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat-surrounded rice ball preventing a meat fragment from becoming loose even when soaked in a sauce for a long time, and obtained by uniformly winding the meat fragment on the periphery of the rice ball in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The meat-surrounded rice ball is formed by covering the whole or a part of the surface of the rice ball with the meat fragment. The meat fragment includes the thigh part of an eatable meat such as pork and beef, and is formed by slicing the site at least at the outer thigh side of the thigh part, and soaking the sliced product in the sauce containing soy sauce as a base for a prescribed time. The soaked meat fragment is wound and integrally formed on the periphery of the rice ball formed into nearly a bale shape or a spherical shape, and grilled by a heater for a prescribed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
