PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly guide a customer having used an information guide device to a facility.

SOLUTION: A use history storage part stores a use history by a user of the information guide device providing a service related to a facility to the user. A facility importance level calculation part calculates a facility importance level for determining the facility to which the user has to be preferentially guided by use of the use history stored in the use history storage part. An arrangement position determination part determines an arrangement position of a guide guiding the user to the facility based on the facility importance level calculated by the facility importance level calculation part.
