<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner cartridge capable of reducing torque required for driving and rotating a toner stirring unit for stirring and conveying toner in the toner cartridge in an initial state, and to provide an image forming apparatus with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The toner stirring unit 13 provided in the toner cartridge 10 includes a first rotator 31 driven and rotated around an axis J13 to stir the toner 11, a second rotator 32 with a conveying sheet 51 for conveying the toner 11 to a toner replenishing roller 14, which is a conveying destination, to be provided rotatably around the axis J13, and to rotate by being pressed by the first rotator 31 driven and rotated.
