<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor of which the space factor of a capacitor element is high and the state of electric connection of a pillow member and an anode terminal is superior, and to provide a manufacturing method for the capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: This solid-state electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element 1 of a solid electrolytic type, and a dielectric layer 13 interposed between an anode and a cathode, the anode terminal 3 is electrically connected to the anode of the capacitor element 1 via the pillow member 33, while a cathode terminal 4 is electrically connected to the cathode of the capacitor element 1. On an opposite surface of the pillow member 33 and the anode terminal 3 here, at a position near a first side surface 33a, which is located in a cathode terminal 4 side among side surfaces of the pillow member 33, a junction 30 which electrically connects the pillow member 33, and the anode terminal 3 is formed and a second side surface 33b opposite to the first side surface 33a of the pillow member 33, and a part of the region on a side edge surface of the anode terminal 3 are aligned with each other on the same plane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
